1.Tour packages are Final.
2.No refund is issued after booked.
3. Dates maybe changed depend on availability and for what reason.
For Private Tours:
1. All deposits are NON refundable pass 48 hours. Before only 50% is refundable.
2.The time starts on the pick-up and ends on the drop-off.
3.The client assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 200.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicle.
4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
5. When charges apply. 5 minute grace period 10 minutes after each hour is 1 hourly pay.
6. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).
7. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
8. Balances to be paid 48 hours before the beginning of the run.
9. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
10. 1 hour travel time added for people who want to be picked up 15 miles outside of D.C. area.
